Frustrated with uploading an icon

i have seen a million threads for this but none of them helped just a bunch of people making fun of the person who posted it an saying it has to be 50x50 pixels and it has to be a jpeg. i did both of those things and it wont upload. help please.

also has to be 5k and under.

Our icon system blows goats and we know it.... thusly I'm extremely sorry for your experience.
