WTB 189cm Hellbents OLD (122mm), or TRADE my 191 ON3P Caylors

I do NOT want the newer 132mm-underfoot Hellbents (not the Clown years). I need the OLDer ones with 122mm underfoot (the years of Skulls, Blood, Horsemen etc.).

I need 189cm.

ANY condition is OK, as long as price reflects condition & days ridden.

Take my cash, or trade for my 191 ON3P Caylors straight-up. Caylors are better than Hellbents, but I’m rehabbing my new ACL, so I want 1-2 years on Hellbent’s ridiculously soft tail, & their 100% focus on playfulness and 0% seriousness. I will get Caylors again someday, likely a brand new pair 2 years from now.

My pair of 191 Caylors is a prototype with one-of-a-kind wood veneer topsheet. Bamboo core, & the bamboo sidewalls ARE the core (sealed with epoxy). Bases and edges are money, and they rule on the hill. I removed the ON3P stickers, but I think I have new ON3P stickers for you.

You will be surprised with the SWEET hook-up deal I will give you on these Caylors (because previous maggot owner gave me a sweet deal). Sidewalls have a few roughed-up zones from grabs, but does not affect performance or durability. Drilled 3 times, sounds scary at first, but just tell me your boot sole length, and I know ALL your exact options for re-using holes and your positioning options (how far back from center). And the sweet hookup deal will make you forget the extra drillings within seconds—I just want Hellbents somehow, via cash or trade or whatever.

just out of curiosity, whats wrong with your caylors with your knee? i was riding my caylors again exactly 6 months out of acl/meniscus recon.

part of the rehab process should be getting to the point that you dont have to compensate for your knee with new gear. also a stiffer tail will prevent washing out and will be more stable, which will be a lot better for a weak knee

I have a pair of the Hellbents you are looking for ... 189 ... MINT condition ... i used to live in Vail, bought them there and rode them maybe 3-4 times in pow and then moved East for a job. They have been under my bed since. Mounted once, bindings still on, sth16s (also mint) for a 335 Salomon. sell with or without bindings.

Would love to off them ...

If I tear my new ACL in its vulnerable Year1, then I will be very upset with myself.

I'm no expert in ACL rehab, but I was thinking if I land way backseat, then it would be better for my ACL to just wheelie out on a super-soft rocker tail and accept the fall, than it would be to push hard on, say, a super-stiff long tail to recover and pop back up.

I think Hellbent's are so soft that they cannot apply much force to my ACL. Plus, when on Hellbents, I don't even think about getting serious----they are just pure fun no matter how weakly you ski them. I'm trying to remember to ski like a pussy this year, and then start skiing hard again next year after the new ACL gets strong (and also my knee-supporting muscles will get strong again).
