Currently I have one pvc rail that is 3.5 in wide and 10 ft long. I want a wider pvc rail that I can just put in the snow without wood supports or anything. I have seen these in lots of backyard ski edits but at home depot the widest I could find was 5in wide and 10 ft long. Where can I get a wider pvc rail that I can just put in the snow and ski on.?
I bought a 6" wide one because I'm a good boy. But I've seen plenty 12" diameter pipes at construction sites, sometimes they will give you their scraps if you talk to them. But in my opinion, stealing is wrong in just about every scenario.
At this construction site like 5 minutes from my house they have this 12" wide green pvc pipe but its honestly too big to fit in my acura so i cant take it and they also have those 15 foot long black corrugated pipes that they use at terrain park but again my car's too small. Might have to borrow someones truck for a night and steal them for next year.
Every summer I take huge PVC pipes and hide them in the marsh by my house, literally have 6 or 7 huge ones that are burried behind my yard, didn't set em up early enough so they got stuck in the woods! But summer setup and next winter will be sick
I bought a 12" diameter 20 ft tube on craigslist for $150. It got delivered to my house on a trailer. I leave for college next year so if anyone in the MD area wants a big tube for free, hit me up!
I know, I need to get one though. Probably not worth it. The wight alone would account for a couple hundred and I'm not even sure I want to know how much the length would play a role in the cost of shipping... I'll figure something out. I want a phat tube though.
