March 18th in downtown Duluth I saw your car a powder blue Subaru outback with a couple skiing stickers and one whit and black sticker that had NS on it. You were parked along the road next to the incline station bowling alley.
I would have gotten some pictures or left a note but I was in a hurry to get somewhere.
