Is there anyone else who has sciatica pain? It usually hurts me after a couple of hours on the slopes. Anyone know a good way to get relief?

I dont get Sciatica specifically but I find Aleve or any Naproxen sodium pain relievers work for any pain I get. 2 aleve usually does the trick for anything

Is it Sciatica or Sciatic Nerve Pain. If it grows slowly with increased activity (skiing), it is likely not Sciatica. It could be a muscle contracting and applying pressure to the nerve (periformis syndrome), or a pelvic imbalance. If you rely heavily on your hip flexors and quads over your glutes for skiing, you could develop anterior pelvic tilt, the reverse could produce posterior pelvic tilt.
It could be some of the reasons above, or it could be Sciatica...
