Right, like his style wasn't important at all and didn't draw attention from essentially everyone in the sport at the time including Jacob Wester, Tanner Hall, and Josh Berman. The kid fucking won Superunknown for a reason dude, and definitely made waves in the sport. But good way to show that you don't know what the fuck you're talking about, kudos to your ignorance.

I was following the sport at the time. I knew exactly what was going on and although I liked Brogan, people singing his praises as much as they did kinda pissed me off because he really didn't have that much content to his name, and I didn't feel like the edits of his were that amazing. Also the first pretzels (as far as I remember) were by Corey Vanular with his 2 on blind 2 in Shanghai Six as well as a 2 on switch off. It's true that there weren't that many dudes with that style around, but didn't Travis Heed have a very similar style for years before Brogan did anything? That being said his lip 2 in Refresh and his gap 4 on in Wild Stallions are some of my favorite shots ever.

Brogan is like Antwuan Dixon for skateboarding, he's just one of those guys you wanna see ski. I'm usually not the biggest fan of people who focus primarly on style, but with Brogan it's different, because he makes it look way, way too easy. He's just the guy you always wanna see more of him.
