WWYD: buying new skis tmrrw

So I am replacing my shattered k2 domains that I loved with either atomic punx or armada halo 2s tomorrow at 8am...I would love opinions on which skis but my question is about what you'd do on bindings...I can't afford new ones..I have marker squires on the k2s but I hate them, they have significant play in the toes, and I have the dins almost maxed out now...I can put those on...or I can rob my pow skis of the solly driver 14's that are on them, which I love...i was going to remount them further back anyways, so I could just put new ones when I can afford them...but I don't know when that'll be and I don't want to be without them either.....if I put the squires on for now can I use the same mount holes for a set of jesters or griffons next year? What would you do? Help make my head quit spinning

Go for the Halo 2 skis. Ive heard much better things. If you are not using your powder skis anymore for this season and could buy new bindings for them later, that seems like your best option.

I would actually say go punx. The punx are a much better all round ski so if performance out of the park matters to you it's a simple choice. The punx rip. They have a decent pop and just ride fast. The halo in comparison feels heavy and lifeless. It's not a bad ski just nothing like as fun as the punx.

They are gonna be 100% park skis and for nothing else

Id still personally go Punx. Having a ski which gives the option of ridding happily round the whole mountain as well as in the park will always be a good thing. If its pure park though and maybe more jibs, then compare the infamous to the punx. The infamous is the price point park ski, with a softer flex and slightly wider underfoot. Still very good skis though for a price point ski and personally I would say still alot more fun then halo's.

Well what do you want from the skis? Do you prefer a softer ski that you will ski slower and on smaller jibs, or do you want a stiffer ski that you can use on some jumps and med to lrg features?

I don't know about which skis, I'd probably go for Halos of the 2, punx just aren't designed for how I ski. However I would 100% mount the Solly Drivers and save up for new bindings by next season.
