Yes, and it looks like an absolutely enormous shipping container tipped on its side. The economical side of it is just not sustainable; the place is incredibly expensive, labor intensive, and would never have a large enough market/customer flow to balance out expenses and profits. Great idea for consumers, but every time someone invests in it another problem arises. It is basically an unsustainable, slipshod, and poor choice for anyone who get involved.
