Fatigue pants sizing question

so i'm 6 feet tall and want to get the fatigue slim pants in XL. would they be insanely baggy, or just a little baggy?

snagged the last pair of red dawns. they're gonna have to wait a while to see some use, since i gotta get that new ACL put in, but i'm stoked
