My ski boots cracked down the side

I purchased brand new ill Moro t dalbelo boots and just a couple days ago my boot cracked down the side all the way to the bottom of the shell. Any ideas of what I can do? I really don't want to spend money and buy new boots for this season and I'm not sure if warranty will cover something like this.

Why, have you made any unusual modifications to the boot? If not, I guess warranty should cover it.

If youre not sure if warranty will cover it then shouldnt checking that be the first thing you do? Talk to the shop you got them at, or the manufacturer.. Should be covered though as it sounds like a manufacturing defect

They should be covered under warranty. I knew exactly what boots you were talking about just by reading the thread title. The same thing happened to a friend of mine and they replaced them. It seems to be a somewhat common issue for that model.

Sounds like a warranty. Take your boots back to the shop you got them from or to any authorized Dalbello dealer with your receipt. Do not try to contact Dalbello directly, you really need to go through a shop for the best (fastest) solution.

I haven't had the chance to talk to the store I bought them from but I will do that soon. Thanks for the help
