I don't know how you feel about it, but to me it'sheer hype... eject once switch and you can go to a shop to have the stoppers repaired... fucking not amazed by it
The only complaint I have with the fks/pivot is that they are the most tricky binding to put on in pow and the slightest snow stuck on your boots will make you release in the binding. I know you are not suppose to have any snow on your boots but the fks is the most prone to disaster when you have snow on your boots over a sth, griffon/jester, tyrolia. I'm also not a fan of the ramp angle of the fks 14 but that can be fixed with a shim.
I like to ski as flat as I can. I'm 5'11 220lbs and with me being big I don't have a problem leaning over and driving the tips of the skis. I don't need to be any further forward. My s914's have no ramp angle compared to the ramp angle the fks 14. Specs say zero but when you measure it its not level. Slid a trail map in between the boot and afd for some mellow groomers and it felt much better.
Boots are salomon ghosts fit professionally and had the back of the boot trimmed out to reduce forward lean. fks 14 on 187 4frnt yle's.
I have heard of reverse ramp but i never thought anyone actually used it... well anyway I assumed that you wanted more of a ramp angle anyway because the FKS I thought had between 1 and 4 so its still pretty close to flat.
