Replying to Geneva/Grenoble to La Clusaz/any other resort Advice

Hello everyone, I am taking a ski trip to the french alps at then end of march and am looking for some local advice on getting from the airport to the mountain. Id like to go to la Clusaz but am unopposed to hitting a different mountain as well. What I need is hostel/cheap hotels to stay in, and inexpensive transport from the airport to the ski areas. If anyone has any advice on the best way to do this on a budget please share your insight, good places to stay, nightlife etc. Any resort around those two airports will work for me. thanks for the word.
