We are 100 days out of the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.
I'm pretty excited. Even though USA is in a group of death if we can make it out we have a good shot of going beyond the first round of elimination. We've got a strong team and a good chance of doing better than any other cup.

Depends if they can actually find any kind of conclusive proof that he bit him. If it's just the head nod he should get nothing, as Diego Costa got nothing for doing the same thing.
If they can prove he did it, they should just end the tournament and declare Uruguay champions because Suarez is such a legend.

And not just once, three times in his career already. He shows a complete and utter lack of any form of sportsmanship. There´s a point where you have to draw a line and he didn't step over it, he flew over it and kept it on going for several thousand miles.

Oh I didn't mean it in a showing heart way, I just think it's funny as hell that he keeps doing it. You'd think after he got punished twice he'd stop, but he doesn't give a hell it seems. Fantastic stuff. I hope to god him and Balotelli play on the same team someday. That would be incredible.

Netherlands will have some difficulty beating Mexico, but I think they could beat Costa Rica and you have to assume Argentina can progress. They have needed quite a bit of Messi magic to secure them two victories.
Germany looked poor defensively against Ghana, but again, that was one game. No team has played a good game every single game.
Do not laugh at France. They may have had an easy group, but confidence can do a lot, especially for Benzema.
Belgium may not be pretty, but they have won, and in this WC, that is what matters.
The trophy is up for grabs, there is no clearcut favorite. Every team has its weakness.

no team has really come out and shown they deserve to win the whole thing. all south american teams have looked pretty weak. even in the 4-1 win brazil didnt look that solid. messi has argentina on his back right now.
chile, france, and colombia are the most impressive so far imo. outside of the netherlands, it will be interesting to see if the netherlands keep up this defend and counter tactic.
france has looked magnificent so far... yah they have been piss poor for the past years but they still are a world class team and for the first time in a while seem to have great chemistry. imo one of the more potent offenses so far in this tournament.

i agree 100%. it goes without saying but when it comes to the knockout rounds all it takes is one half or final few minutes to end a teams hopes. and from how this cup has gone so far, with the referees, fans, energy levels of the teams, ect. i doesnt seem to me like any euro team has what it takes to counter all that. my dream final would be brasil-argentina given all the history they have. but who knows were all along for a good ride. either way this cup has not disappointed at all.

anyone who dismisses France on the basis of them having an easy group hasn't watched them. Yes, Honduras is a bit easy but as a reminder.... Switzerland are actually ranked above many "elite" teams.
plus it's the way they're playing. it's just really good attacks with a very strong defense.
Brazil shouldn't do much this tournament. They had an easier group than it would seem and if they come up against a really top notch side, they'll crack.
Argentina has a ridiculously easy path to the semis, but as was seen against Iran, they aren't as flawless as it seems. keep messi shut out and they're barely capable of attacking. Which is bizarre given their attacking options.
THEpancakemanSuarez is a grimey fuck. Its a disgrace that he can still play at the highest level.
I agree he is disgusting but also one of the best footballers in the world. I'd say from the EPL season he had he is in or was in the race for ballon d'or. Now after the bite idk.
