a lot of us have played our whole lives/been fotbal fans our whole lives. iv played since i was 2, supported arsenal since i got my first jersey at 4. you could say im a fotbal fan.

VinnieFI've never pretended to be an expert. I know next to nothing about the sport outside Canada.
But here (I mean Ottawa, not NS) everyone has played soccer, but besides recent immigrants no one knows fuck all about it outside Canada till the world cup comes around when they're all experts suddenly.
Curious if it's the same here.

WattsSorry, I actually heard someone say that a while ago. For the future, it's much more impressive to make predictions for a team before they've started the tournament, than after they've finished the group stages.

ANDR01DI'm no expert, but I played for 10 years which allows me to make some fundamental criticisms, praises, and predictions.
I would love to follow soccer on a more regular basis. I follow all international play, but that's just not frequent enough to satisfy. Can anyone suggest a league to follow where games can be seen on TV? I've enjoyed watching Bayern Munich and Dortmund in the past, maybe someone knows where to watch their games online or on TV?

.MASSHOLE.If you are based in the US, NBC carries every EPL game on their website, so as long as you have an internet provider (I believe), you can watch any EPL game.
Ski_the_east01However that's different from a lot of people on here like myself that played soccer their entire lives and up through a good D2 college program - so I can safely say I know a lot more about soccer than a lot of people but only the game not the players.

BakerpowWhere did you play? I'm going to be playing at wwu or Simon Fraser when I start college. I should already be a freshman but took a year off to live in Norway and play over there for a team in the second division.
