It really pisses me off that Bush always seems to bring his religious and moral shit into every situation he's faced with. People aren't going to stop having pre-marital sex ever. It's always going to happen. There is definitely a need for education about contraception. People need to know that Condoms are 98% effective in preventing conception and the spread of STD's. When they're used with Spermacide it's 99.9% effective in preventing conception. A lot of people don't even know the correct way for puting on a condom.
