S.J.WSay that to David Carter...
_Fluffy_comparing CrossFit to a martial art that is almost 800 years old is idiotic
BenWhitthai boxing, everyone!
mirozHe went pro in 2011. He became a vegan in 2014. I bet he only got to be that big after he became a vegan, huh...
S.J.WIf you actually read about him becoming vegan he said he feels stronger, has more energy and feels like a better after becoming vegan. Just saying.
BenWhitthai boxing, everyone!
-benedettoDoesn't mean shit. Just like arguing about it is a waste of energy. It doesn't mean shit.
_Fluffy_That's Taekwondo dipshit.
BenWhitHow much real estate do I own in your brain?
You genuinely believe that I think that is Muay Thai?
_Fluffy_que?
Yea i genuinely believed you were stupid enough to think that was Muay Thai. Good job on making yourself look like a dumbass.

BenWhitI posted a gif of two toddlers flailing around in gi's and sparring gear because it's funny, not because that is the depth of my understanding of muay thai. Hence, I am so for inside your head, you don't know which way is up.
saskskierExcept he's not? Do you really not understand satire? You're taking this far too seriously...
_Fluffy_How do you know? I caught his mistake and now he's trying to claim sarcasm.

its not my fault I have to question his intelligence. I mean he does support kipping....
BenWhitSeriously, how do you not laugh out loud at that gif? That "spinning" kick is absolutely hilarious. I could not have possibly found it by searching "thai boxing gif", don't you think?
saskskierIf you thought a post containing a gif of two toddlers bouncing around was serious, I don't even know what to say...

saskskierI'm not comparing the two. I'm saying it's stupid to take a youtube video highlighting idiots and then use that as an example to prove your point.
-benedettoIn some of those fails, you can hear people motivating them to keep going even though it's obvious they're about to fail
B1tchDid 205 for 3 on decline bench today. really stoked to break 200

J_BergSo does anyone have any tips for keeping the dad bod off in college? I'm 6'4 and currently 198. I usually work out 5 days week. 3 days lifting 2 cardio. Really throw anything at me from dieting tips to workout hacks
Thanks guys

BenWhityou have a lot of free time in college, use it wisely.
1. If your first class of the day is late-morning, wake up 90 minutes before and go ride the stationary bike. It'll loosen you up, you'll sweat, & get a little cardio done.
2. Use the salad bar and grilling stations. I usually got some raw veggies, grilled chicken, hummus, etc. for most meals. Omelette bar in the morning. water mostly but sometimes soda with dinner (sometimes you just need an ice cold coke). Save your shit meals for days when the junk food is special. My favorite go-to was always flatbread buff chic pizza or chicken patties.
3. Workout in some capacity everyday. There is no reason you can't lift everyday. Get creative, try new things. Your body is changing and you're going thru a time where you are pumping out testosterone. Use it.
4. Play intramural sports. It's fun & a nice change of pace.

B1tchso I'm assuming you've never played a sport before
cobra_commanderOne that conducted weight training 7 days a week? No. We also won championships on occasion.
If your only goal is fat loss by all means work out everyday; just don't expect to get strong or that big.

Crispy. Can you guys give me some tips? I think the form is better than I posted before...still too much lower back rounding? This is a top set of 290 for 5. I want to pull 350 for reps by the time I go to college (~9 months).

californiagrownfocus on exploding your hips through at the top. even on your first few reps you seem really slow getting to lockout.
