No, I never did foam roll. I've started, but I'm concerned I'm not doing it correctly (if that's even possible). I basically just balance the majority of my weight right on my hip, using my hands to steady myself. Then I just crawl my hands up so the foam roller goes down to my knee, then back up. Is that right?
I've always been pretty lax on lifting my legs. My body is fairly disproportionate from ski racing, so I've always had thick legs and skinny arms, so the running has kept my legs at a fine point compared to upper body that I do lift on. I've started doing a true legs day each week in the hopes it will curb these issues in the future. Low weight and more reps though. I don't need more mass in my ass or my pants won't fit.
