So i am curious at what point everyone's doctor/physio allowed them to run after having an acl construction (hamstring autograft in my case). I haven't exactly been the best with keeping up with my physio, but i'm at about 9 weeks now and my knee feels really strong. However my physio wants to see me leg pressing 120 kg (+2/3 bodyweight on this machine) each leg before he will let me run. At the moment i'm at about 70 each leg but my bad leg is way stronger than my good leg. Just seemed a little excessive imo.
Not really that fussed and of course i'll follow the instruction of my physio but just wondering.
