On the other hand I know a few kids who raced seriously in high school, burned out then lost ambition and quit in their college years. But racing is the only sector where I've heard of this happening.
Sure JF Cusson quit for a bit, but he's coaching again now and def involved in skiing. Plus I think his decisions may have been influenced by some copious alcohol consumption.

I was there one of the days she was practicing and saw her throw a sick 360 swap on the rail at 1:50 and all the dudes in the park just stood there with their jaws open. The future of women's skiing for sure

This 11 year old girl would probably have won the olympics if she could clear the jumps and were old enough to participate. I'd say that's kinda for womens skiing. Some of them are killing it though
