Pretzel help

As the title says I need help with pretzeling! Any advice is appreciated, thanks in advance.

Pretzeling is all about the scissor technique. Grip that rail and show it who's boss. Whatever trick you do before hand (2 in or switch up) should be set a little less severely than you usually would. Lookin around with your head for the pretzel will also help you get your body goin in the right direction.

Scissor on a round rail. However if it's a flat bar, a box etc, once you move in one direction, balance on your back foot and pick your front up and put it on the side of the box, then pull yourself around pretz. Here's a vid of my boy hackel to show you just how to be a boss

A tip is to keep somewhat of narrower stance after you spin on or swap. If you rush into a big scissor too fast, you'll end up splitting the rail and nutting. Be patient and get your balance before cooking up a spin out.
