Do note, the current Steeple weights are with the bamboo we use on our stock skis. We ran of our tour bamboo for SIA, so the steeple weights we listed are heavier than the final steeple production weights will be. They don't go to production for about another month, so once we do have updated Steeple weights we will post them.

I know they are 2014 skis, but for the Caylor 115mm breaks or 130? Thinking maybe i could just bend them a bit instead of having the extra break hanging out?

I had my Caylors mounted with 115mm wide FKS's. No bending necessary as the brakes measure a bit wider than 115 millimeters.

So bought myself some Jeffreys 122mm, kind of an impulsive buy but just wanted the GC topsheet so bad. But do i want to mount them with touring bindings, or just find a cheap used touring setup?

PownessSo bought myself some Jeffreys 122mm, kind of an impulsive buy but just wanted the GC topsheet so bad. But do i want to mount them with touring bindings, or just find a cheap used touring setup?

Mount them with alpines and then get yourself a pair of Steeples........

I wish i had the money, but shipping + taxes costs me. Even the sale on Billy Goats will end up costing me a little to much. But think i will go for alpine and trying to find a sale on a touring setup.

We run 130mm on the Jeffrey 122, 110mm on the Jeffrey 114.

-wakes-Anyone have any insight as to how a 181 Jeffery 114 compares to a 185 JJ? Stability at speed, variable snow, ability to make tight turns ect?

Night and day difference on stability. Much bigger radius, damper, better at speed, better in variable.

The JJ will might tight turns easier because the radius is so small, but the rocker on the Jeffrey makes it pretty easy as well. At any speed above 10 MPH the Jeffrey 114 is going to be way more stable.

For everyone wondering...production is moving along. The following skis are currently in stock:

183cm & 193cm Cease & Desist
181cm & 191cm Jeffrey 122
166cm Billy Goat
176cm & 181cm Filthy Rich

Do note, the Filthy Rich stock is very small. Once it is gone, the skis will only be available through ON3P retailers until we restock, likely not until mid October. If you want to grab a pair early, nows the time.

183cm & 193cm Cease & Desist, 181cm & 191cm Jeffrey 122, and 166cm Billy Goat production are done for the year, so once our stock of those skis are gone, they can only be had through our retailers.

As far as our limited edition skis still available, we have the following still available:
Eh Skis - 1 pair
Grizzlycorn - 5 pairs
Wood Veneer - 8 pairs

I have a question about the Presters. Currently skiing on a set of Volkl walls after I blew apart my Filthies (that was a sad day haha) and although i like the feel of the walls in regards to stiffness and response they really don't last a very long time so I'm looking into a new set for the start of the season.

Will the Presters feel similar to the walls? What is a non-symmetrical park ski feel like? (just by pure coincidence I've never skied a non-symmetrical park ski)

To be honest, I have no idea how the Walls ski. The Prester will maintain the same type of feel as the FR - poppy but damp - just in a platform that locks in a turn much more and has more stability in the tips and tails. You lose the playfulness and forgiving nature of the rocker. Just depends what you prefer.

AndySkisBroJeffrey or Kartel 106 for all mountain in Michigan

Both will work. Kartel 106 has a tighter turn radius than the Jeffrey, so it will be a bit easier at slow speeds and won't require as big of turns to be enjoyable. Personally, I wouldn't worry about the width difference too much. 106 vs 110 is negligible. Focus on the sidecut you think suits your style better and go with that ski.

I don't expect our small direct sales stock to last all that long, but our retailers will have a ton of pairs available so I am sure you can go through them. You can find ON3P dealers here - http://www.on3pskis.com/dealers/.

We will also be building another run of Filthy Rich in October to refill our inventory, so more pairs will be available then.

If you wait past Thanksgiving, things might be more difficult to get. We will continuing building and refilling inventory through November. Beyond that I can't say at this time.

If you are really worried about it, you can always buy the skis and have us hold them for you until you are at college.

The Jeffery has a longer turning radius than the Katrel 106. Jeffery has a 24.1m@181 radius and the Kartel 106 has a 21.5m@181 radius.

Some people asked, so we ended up building a few pairs. We are done with Pillowfights until at least the early winter.

We do have (2) pairs of 196cm PF from years past I keep forgetting to put up in our store....I should probably remember to do that....

Just got the 13/14 191 Billy Goats dropped off by FedEx. These things are absolutely gorgeous and feel bomb proof. I can't fully judge until I get some days on them, but my initial impression is they're some of the best made skis I've handled in my 20+ years skiing. Now I'm trying to justify the Caylors to myself despite the fact I live in flyover country currently and have no need for two fat skis. The rest of the line is calling my name also.
