115 FKS on 100 Waisted Skis

Title sums it up, is this too wide? If so how hard/dangerous is it to bend them in?

I think you could get away with it. At widest the brake should be no more than 15mm wider than the ski. I needed to get some bindings in a rush after I broke some and they only had 110's to put on my 85 waist ski last year. I haven't run into any problems yet and I have skied 15+ days on them.

My friend said that you heat them up and then you can bend them in but idk how hot so that could cause you some trouble

The 90's fit up to 100. I know multiple people with 90's on Blends, I had them on S3's (98).

In my opinion, it's not worth it to bend a brand new set of FKS...especially since word is that the brake material is not as strong on the brakes as it used to be on the older bindings.

With that said, I've been told by lots of people that you can run FKS 90's/Look 95's on a 100mm waist ski no problem. You might have to tweak them a tad once they're on the ski but nothing like a full bend job that most do.

Yes. I have used a 90mm binding on a 92mm waist ski before without a breaking anything (salomon bindings). Im sure you can easily get away with that.
