so some people say that you should angle your front ski up to lock onto rails and others just balance on the rail. is it a preference thing or is one better than the other cause like for spins off your supposed to do something with your front ski
in my opinion its not as much in the way you place your skis on the rail in more in balance and upper body movement when you are coming off the rail. i just use my shoulders.
If you think about the nature of what you are doing it makes sense that you probably wont feel like secure on the rail. But as you get better you will feel continually more comfy
Flare your front edge when you hit a rail so if you do come to a kink in the rail or just come off balance you wont catch an edge and eat it. Also, skis shoulder width apart when getting onto the rail.
