So my skis miss some edge in the middle . The edge in the middle of my skis are pullout by hitting rails and stuff . It's like 4-6cm long . I still hit a lot of rails whit them and that doesn't affect my skiing at all ? I just don't understand do I really need the edge in the middle to hit rails and jump ? What does that can do ? ( sorry French ) +k for answer

Scissoring the rail will feel different but ride them until the snap which will happen with moisture now entering the core.

One of my friends ripped out half the edge on his ski starting behind the boot and going to the tail. They are his only skis so he is still using them for everything including groomers and cliffs. He doesn't seem to notice much difference so it is probably no big deal.

It will cause the ski to take in water now as the core is not sealed. So the skis will rot from the inside out now. So if you care about trying to keep tees for a while try to get them fixed. If you don't care if they snap tommorow just ride them an don't worry.
