Hitting urban at sunrise?

Basically, this afternoon we dropped off a building, like a 15 foot drop to a bank. The building is a subway station, so as you can imagine its pretty busy especially in the afternoon...

Anyone ever hit urban at sunrise? Maybe it would be less busy and nicer shot?

I feel like this is super common. It just depends where the line between being out so late that the sun comes up or waking up early to sesh in the morning.
