Line Invader Appreciation Thread

The 2006 Line Invaders were my first ski. they were and are one of the most fun skis I've ridden. My only regret is that they are a 161, and no longer fit.

Even after grievous injury, they still are going strong.

They were still alive years later when my friend needed a pair of park sticks to learn on.

all in all, rad skis. Anyone else have them? Stories, photos, whatever.

Same. Have 2 pairs. Been swapping out skis when one breaks or gets in bad condition. They have lasted me the last 4 years now, but they look like hell. Splintered wood coming out of the underfoot where the edge used to be. Mounted 4 times. Still going pretty strong though, much more durable than any other skis I have owned.

Only think I hate about them is that if you land a little backseat they noodle out on you.
And I got a pair of stiffer (mid flex) skis and I just cant get used to them after skiing invaders and anthems for so long.

Softest and funnest skis I have ever ridden. Would definitely get another pair if possible.

151 was the smallest adult size haha

The og invader mini was the first pair of skis I ever owned. I bought the 143 thinking it was the same ski as the adult invader but wow was I wrong. Broke them in half a season via delam, and then the binding pulled the topsheet away from the core

I have owned two pairs and they were my favorite non-rockered park ski. I had the mexican wrestler one and the year before it with griffons and fks14s respectively. Both were so light and amazing.

Still have my 07's hanging around. They are in desperate need of a base grind though. Both tails have delammed, glued and taped them back together. One of the best park skis ever made. They skied surprisingly well all over the place.

learned to ski park on the 2008 line mini invaders. unfortunately i ripped one of bindings out midweek at mhssc in 2009, but they served me well.
