a friend of mine and i are trying o build a flat box and we know everthing we need to get and have the lexan but we are unsure on how to put the coping on the side. Ne one out their build one w/ copin who can help us ?

dont put coping on the edges...i repeat...DO NOT PUT COPING ON THE EDGES....seal it somehow, you will be much happier

why do you want coping on the sides?

if i don't put coping on it won't it be less stable...and i was gonna put round coping on it

if you do make it FLUS with the box otherwise spinning on hte bow will suck.
