Hey OP, we'll be able to be considerable more helpful if you can tell us some of you details (height/weight/skiing ability) just so we can get an idea of an appropriate DIN scale.
The king of durability are the all-metal bindings such as the FKS and Pivots, but there are lots of durable plastic bindings as well. I personally ride the Rossi Axial2s and, though on the heavy side for a plastic binding, they are very durable and preform well. Also remember that, in general, the more durable a binding, the heaver it will be.
I'm 5'8 and 180lbs and use STH 12's and 14's as well as jesters, besides brakes I've never had a single binding issue, some of them I've had for quite a few years
get marker squires(if you don't mind marker) they will work fine, also if you are going to go through a growth spurt soon(which i'm guessing you probably are) then they will be perfect because they will still work great while and after you grow. but if you need something cheaper(and you won't grow soon), then just get marker free-tens(if you like marker).
