Buddha's Sticker Lottery!

So, I'm trying to get rid of all of my stickers. I'm setting up a draw, it is an extra quarter for each time you buy more than one ticket, with a little better deal for 4 tickets. The amount of participants is unlimited, but with a maximum of 4 tickets (trying to make it fair) each person. This ends one month from now, March 20 at midnight MTN time. When you buy a ticket, I will write down your username on 1 post it note (if you buy two tickets, then 2 post it notes with your username, etc). I will do this for everybody and at the end I will litterally put them all in a top hat, shuffle them around and pick one at random. You might just be the lucky person who wins all these stickers for $2.50 !!
Payment Types:
A. cash- You can send me cash if you really want to, although paypal is preferred. If cash, then send it along your username on a post it note (or multiple post it notes if you bought multiple tickets). If you really don't want to do paypal then PM me and I'll give you my address. Hey, feel free, you don't have to pay the extra 30 cents on paypal!
B. PayPal- YOU MUST EITHER GIFT THE MONEY, OR COVER THE FEES, NO EXCEPTIONS!

I do not want to deal with tons of PM's asking the same question, and I do not want to check NS and have over 10 messages. I will never be able to calculate which member sent which, so what you must do is when sending the money, in the email along w/ the money you send, put your NS USERNAME!! I'll figure out how many post it notes to make for you with the amount of money you send, but again you must write your NS USERNAME in the email! This is for your own safety! Underline, bold, italicize, large font it if you want. Make sure to have your USERNAME in the email!
-if you forget to cover the fee or send the right amount gifted I will ask you to do so afterwards
1 Ticket: $2.50 (2.88 with PayPal fee)
2 Tickets: $5.25 (5.71 with PayPal fee)
3 Tickets: $10.50 (11.12 with PayPal fee)
4 Tickets: $15.00 (15.75 with PayPal fee)
When the member is chosen on March 20, I will post it in this thread and PM the person who won.
