SAT Prep

I am currently sitting in one of the 15 sessions I have and am bored out of my fucking mind. I honestly don't feel that I have benefited at all from this class and I'm 6 sessions into it... For those of you who took an SAT prep class, do you think you ultimately benefited?

Same here. But he's only 6 session in so it won't happen to him until his next session. Just get ready, OP. The session 7 anal penetration is something that will make you cry, alot.

i work as an SAT tutor part time for kaplan.

i took the SAT three times. first two times i didnt prepare at all and still managed to do ok. but my mom signed me up for some private tutoring sessions and i improved my score by 400 points overall.

the SAT only really tests how good you are at taking the SAT and there are definitely tricks and strategies that can really help.

id recommend tutoring rather than taking a class. i dont know what company youre taking classes with and if you would even be able to switch from a class to one on one tutoring but if you can i would suggest you do. its much more personalized and you can really focus on the specific areas where you can get the most points

Ex Princeton Review Tutor. SAT/ACT is a bullshit hurtle to get into college. Put only as much work into it as will assure you a score that will be accepted by the colleges on your list. Dont have a list, dont know the score you need? Thats where to start, before classes, before tutors.

Work smarter, not harder. Eventually, you start looking at test questions like a test creator, and it gets easy to eliminate a bunch of answer choices. Then boom, it's mostly a two answer choice per question, lot easier.
