1. Learn to backflip
2. Start grabbing japan while backflipping. This will open your shoulders a bit and should make your backflips appear flatter (inb4 wackflip)
3. Exaggerate the motion more and more and the trick will look flatter and flatter.
Throw back hard like a backflip, but look over one shoulder instead of strait back (I look over left) then reach down for japan as you are leaving the lip with your inside hand (for me thats right hand). Even if you don't get the grab it should help put you through the rotation.
