In the past couple of weeks Jon tore his ACL, opted out of the Olympics, got food poisoning and delayed surgery, incredibly nonchalantly. Spontaneously, he went to Dubai and did upper body crossfit on the beach with other jacked millionaires.

If you don't follow him on Instagram I cannot to begin to fathom the other life decisions you botch on a day to day basis.
