I'm a skier from Manitoba; I started there and skied only there for 8 years because I'm the funder not the funded. Now I'm on a trip in Fernie and HOLY SHIT it's awesome here! What I wasn't expecting is how much my quads would burn! I've skied for 3 days straight and day 3 I felt really sloppy; I couldn't hold an edge for my own life in some cases.
I have 1 more day left, done a bunch of shooting for my brother but basically nothing of me shredding....I need to make this count. What can I do to make make my quads feel close to top shape so I can minimize any suffering?
