Al dentes vs Travelling circuses?

I only want to hear from people who actually OWN these skis. No people that just hate on line for whatever reason. I would like honest, valid opinions only. I ski about 80% park, 20% other parts of the mountain, usually messing around. In the park, I do about 70% rails/jibs, 30% jumps. (I'm not a big air guy). I would want the skis for about 2-3 seasons. Thanks!

Neither of these skis have outstanding durability. If you want a ski to last 2-3 years I would suggest to look else where.

i've skiied the line TC and i found them heaps of fun to ski, but just after 3 days of skiing them they had a chip out of the edge so i can't imagine having a full season on them, but just soft enough to butter around and stiff enough to handle bigger jumps, although i wouldn't take them to anything over 30ish foot as they wash out and being 93 underfoot with abit of rocker they can handle the pow, aslong as you can ski pow they will be fine, i skiied them in japan when i was over there and took them just through a gate and it was deep but fair chopped off and as long as you're not wanting to do quick turns in the powder to get out of trouble they should be fine. haven't skid al dente's but i hear the pasta is great

Line is dog shit, Armada makes quality skis. Buy the El Dentes

Armada is quality but the al dentes edge is terrible quality. It is by far the thinnest edge on the market and to be honest I'm fairly disappointed that armada would put them out like that. A ski that is often over looked is the nordica soul rider, it is a wider underfoot park ski and is fairly durable. I've been skiing rails all year on them and besides from the normal top sheet chips I haven't had any issues.

at least in my case, this is because of the inordinate amount of people suggesting lines in these threads over skis that are absolutely higher quality and better bases
they have some great skis but when people suggest traveling circuses over armada park skis regardless of price range it's just fucking stupid

I disagree though, the edge on the al dente is by far the thinnest of any park ski, if you're going to be hitting rails that's the last thing you want.

I can't say enough about how much I love my Al Dentes, they shred all over the mountain and the park but I will ceed that they are not as durable a ski but god damn are they fun to press on even ollies and nollies are fun as hell! I'd recommend the al Dentes or just wait till next year for the bdog pros that they are making....

there a lot of fun. The edges are pretty shitty tho. If ur more of a rail guy maybe go smaller underfoot, but the wider feeling didn't really affect anything
