We've been given the opportunity to make a freeskiing attempt for the Guinness World Records! There's no guidelines on what we can propose, so we've decided to open it up to the community. It doesn't matter if it's a crazy attempt on a massive feature by a superpro, or the Newschoolers community coming together for the world's longest backflip train...

Anything could potentially get green lit, so let's hear your best ideas! Note that we only have three hours to propose this, so get your replies in ASAP.

not that im a huge fan of the dumont, but you have to be the biggest fucking fool in skiing if you think you can go higher than he did on a quarterpipe that you built by hand. i would love to see that.

Gotta be BACKFLIP TRAIN!!! imagine how cool it would look it get like 350 people that keep hitting one jump get back on the lift and then see if we can keep the train going for like 15 minutes!!!

if you want to beat the record you obviously have to 180 the jump instead of just skiing down the landing. I volunteer as tribute on the 120 at UOP

See, I was thinking that with actual base prep and wax as well as a GS suit one could easily pick up an extra mph or two, which is all you really need. You don't have to beat it by a lot, you just have to beat it.

This and Downhill/GS skis mounted backwards and slightly forward from a regular stance (or slightly back from center when riding fakie) would easily crush that "record".
