I'm going to be in Salt Lake for spring break (March 23-27) with my dad and I want to hit a little park. Is Brighton worth waiting in lines and shit for? Also, would you recommend going in the day or at night? Thanks NS
brighton is what you make of it. the jumps are small but very trickable for all 540 variations and the rails are some of the best anywhere. if you know where to go you can also hit some sick natural stuff all over the mountain, especially if you go out of bounds.
Sick, I've watched basically all the Saga edits at Brighton (that's where I got the idea) but it'll be Spring Break anyway so I'll be skiing during the week
Also, people don't seem to know that they get the same amount of snow as Alta. Their park is fun with plenty of decent sized features. If you get out of the park, you'll have the whole mountain to yourself, and if you want to scare yourself with some steep, gnarly lines then there are plenty to choose from.
Brighton is the shit, last year I went out at the same time as you, go there early, and said why not, let's hit brighton!
Totally rad mountain, sick rails, and an awesome mountain that's completely empty during the week. Definitely hit that place up. And I'm not sure if they have it this year, but last year they had a pretty sick pipe that was fun to dick around in. (first time in a decent sized pipe!)
Brighton is easily one of my favorite mountains. It's got a chill vibe, great park, not really any lift lines, and you can still find some very fun pow lines and tree runs. It's one of those places that has a little bit of everything.
Brighton is not worth waiting in line for... but luckily you wont have to wait in line. It's definitely worth not waiting in line for. If you like big jumps you'll want to check out park city for a day, but otherwise you'd probably have plenty of fun at brighton.
You shut your whore mouth. But seriously, I fucking love Brighton. When all the sheep head to LCC, B-Town is on point and not tracked out in an hour. Skied knee to waist deep powder in the trees all day a couple Saturdays ago with mini golf lines for days. Have fun.
