Does anyone know how to make a PDF from a bunch of other PDF's and then have clickable chapters to jump to each section?
needs to be free and work on os 10.9 or ubuntu 13.10 or Arch.
I know how to do this if I am making a document with LaTeX but have no idea how to do it from existing PDF's. Sorry I am a computer noob.
