Bring your knees up^ and don't go for the grab right off the bat, get the feel of the spin down first then at like 180 or 360 go for it, because if you go for it immediately it disrupts the spin and causes it to slow down/stop/cork out/etc. Go for safety or follow mute, those are two easy grabs to get that won't disrupt the spin.
If you can do 7's but cant grab, my guess is you are doing them over 15 foot table's in your kiddy park. Before you take any advice from other people in this thread, hit a bigger jump.
Its really just about being able to tuck your knees in when you're in the air. After you get good at that you can reach down and get the grab because your skis will be right there.
