What do you guys think about it? how good is it? in what terrain does it perform best? how does it handle the way back to the lift?

I'm not an owner but I've skied em enough to have an opinion.

I don't like em, they're really easy snd turny but don't have that much performance, they do as good on groomed as any other big soft rockered thing does.

Best terrain is probably low angle soft trees, I wouldn't trust em on any big exposed technical terrain, there's not nearly enough tail.

This. They are waaaay softer and extremely more turney than my S7s and that is saying something!

I wouldnt say the JJ is soo soft, its just so turny and hooky. The s7, and my old obethed for that matter, actually hand flexed a fair ammount softer, but on snow they could rally at speed better because of the turn shapes they could handle. The s7 feels worlds better, because although it has a short turn radius to absolutely kill it in trees and bumps, the pintail design allows it to track free from that radius (IE Longer turns). The JJ just wanted to do a bunch of small turns, even more than Im used to and I turn my fair share...

OP Of all the skis I have tried in the 100-130 waist widths, the JJ was by far the worst. Its only good in powder, and its pretty light, those are the only things I liked. Im not an Armada-Hater either, I love armada, I have a lot of their outerwear and baselayers, and I have a pair of Bubbas that I really like. Its just their whole design is so light and nimble, It only makes sense for them to be dedicated pow skis, and the bubbas the only one that makes sense to me at the point. I skied my JJs 3 days and sold them, I really didnt like them.

no shit they're more turny than S7's, S7's are a super directional old man ski...

i personally love my JJs. however, they are mounted for tele so i cannot speak for their alpine performance. it took me a few days to really get a handle on the ski as their is very very little effective edge, but now that i have figured it out i find it to be quite playful when you need it to be. in the same you can also ride it with a lot of power. one recommendation would be to at least go one length step over then you would typically ride. i ride the alpha 1s in 176 and JJs in 185, i honestly wish it were the 195.

as a few have said they are definitely powder centric but you can really haul these things on anything you want once you get a handle on the rocker profile.

Yea, cause a 17.5m turn radius is a super directional ski...try some 188then there is the center mount position on it...and the fact that it was designed by Sage.

Saying that is like saying the JJ would be for someone 6 meet under.

I see more people gaping on JJs than S7s, just all over armadas dick.  And there are way more S7s out here at the hole, and a lot of those old ass men would out ski the hell out of your prepubescent balls.

i was skiing my 193 cochise in tightass trees today, an s7 is unnecesarily soft and turny, its right up there with a jj or opus as a not charging, not directional wiggler ski
