Late last season (probably around march), I bought a saga shutout. I only wore it skiing a few times, and just around town more often. I don't recall doing anything to harm the zipper, but last week the two sides of the zipper weren't fitting together. Does anyone know how to fix this, or should I try and talk to saga?
When you say not fitting together, you mean the teeth aren't lining up when you start the zipper? If pulling the zipper side taught into the bottom feed does not resolve the issue, I'd talk to a tailor before Saga because it will be fast and easy. A tailor (which can be found at any dry cleaner) will tell you what gauge zipper replaces it and change the zipper for you. Alternatively, you can buy the zipper yourself, save a buck, and get to choose the color, etc.
