Best free soloist to ever live. His headspace is stone cold, but amazingly human; his enjoyment is so obvious. I remember watching him climb that absurd arete in the Cech Republic, in the Sharp End. He was tied in but I still thought he was a nutcase for how much he was running it out sans chalk and bolts. Just a different caliber of human and climber.
That said, I hope he knows when to slow down and give up free solo ascents. No matter how careful he is with cleaning and no matter how dialed he has the route, there's going to be a day when something happens that is out of his control; free soloing at that level is just isn't sustainable.
