So the east coast just got a nice snowstorm and i think its the perfect time to learn frontflips with a jump in my backyard. What's the best way to build the jump? Should it be kicky or mellow? How tall should it be? Also any tips on the actual flip?
Do not make it kicky Make it so it sends you far not up. But You might even be able to just get a ninja flip off a knuckle. I never do fronts off of jumps only knuckles. Anyway stomp your right foot down kick your left foot back, pop and throw your body forward.
