...explain? I always end up falling on my face. I've been trying for months to get this down... lol. What is the proper technique? Procedure? Etc.

Lean over your noses and butter around, pop off your noses and land forwards?

Start off on a small roller, maybe natural bump. Carve in gently, then it's essentially a pop 180 onto your noses. You need to really lean forward, try and touch the snow. To come back to forward you don't really need to pop that hard, a small pop and look back downhill and you'll float back round. Once you've got it on a roller you can start to take it to flat.

Pretty much right around 180 yeah. You should feel the flex in your skis ready to pop you up and around

About as fast as youd be spinning if you thre a 3 of a very small jump likr really small. But it depends on how much air you get. Like delorme does really smooth slow ones but thats cuz he gets shit tons of air for a butter

Doesn't really matter. For learning I'd probably say about the same speed you'd hit your standard rail at. Speed does make it easier to butter but also easier to catch an edge if you don't know what you're doing

Lean forward until your skis start to butter, from there it's basically like throwing a three with a ilttle pop for the last 180 rotation. Just trust your skis man
