I'm expanding my quiver and looking for some all mountain twins. Looking at the "one ski quiver" kind of deal (yes, I know a one ski quiver doesn't exist, just looking at that type of ski).
I am...
-5'9" 150 lb.'s
-Live in Michigan (There's no pow but I go to places with pow)
-Been skiing for about 10 years I would say I'm intermediate-advanced (leaning more toward advanced)
-Have racing backround but I ski mostly park
I want...
-100-115 mm under foot
-Camber and rocker
-Don't have to be super bi-directional, but definitely not directional
-Something that can carve really well on groomers/hardpack
-Can float well
-Playful enough to do nollies and some nose butters
-Stable at speeds, don't want a speed limit
-Decent in crud, but I'm ok with just popping off bumps in the crud instead of blasting through it
That's a lot to ask for in a ski, so just looking for something that meets quite of few of my requirements.
I've been looking at things like Sir Francis Bacons (though I'm worried they have a speed limit), Armada TST (They might be too directional), Moment Deathwish (don't seem very playful), and JJ's (I'm worried about their on-piste preformance).
Any advice is welcome. Yes I have checked out Blister Reviews. No there aren't any demo days in Michigan.
Thanks to anyone who just went through that wall of text!
