we here in the west have already gotten shitloads and it's not stopping. copper, breck, and others have gotten nearly two feet in the last 48 hours.

The weather looks so good this upcoming week...I have looked all over the place and every where I look I see snow in the east all next week...next week most every ski resort in the east should be completely open...all trails a go....resorts will be blowing all week and with the rain we got wednesday and thurday all of the ponds and other water sources should be nice and full...I wish this would have happen about two weeks ago...but it didn't.....anyhow it looks like ski season is coming next weekend!!!!

i'm crossing my fingers that the rain south of rutland VT changes over to snow. it looks like points north of rutland are going to get hammered. jay peak in particular. looks like jay is going to get 6'+ of fresh. if i didn't have to work tommorow, and if jay wasn't 5 hours away, i'd SOOOO be there!

ya..i get alot of lake effect snow since i live pretty much on the lake.. actually i dont kno if get lake effect cuz i might be too close?? but in december in ny i look forward to my 2-3 inches of snow :)
