People with little kids whom the parent's can't control are much more annoying in a restaurant.

Also I can't really get mad over such trivial misapprehensions of basic dining etiquette, it only really makes me feel superior for doing it right.

Was just thinking about this. This exact topic.


I remember some lady when I was in school teaching me how to hold a spoon. I hold a spoon with my fist on the end of it. I don't give a fuck how "you're supposed" to hold a spoon. It's a fucking spoon I can hold it how I want. It actually works much better the way I hold it. If you want to hold it some other way good for you, I don't care, just don't think you're special for doing it.

This is the topic of people having nothing better to do than judge other people for trivial shit. I'm glad it makes you feel superior. Have your mom take a picture of you eating cereal and hang it on the fridge next time you need to feel special.

I hold it more like a drumstick but on the end. Not so much like a shovel. Still improper spoon etiquette but works better so YOLO.
