DSLR Sensor Cleaning

Do you guys clean your own DSLR sensor? If so, what have you found works best? If not, who cleans your camera sensor for you?

I know that you can get a sensor cleaning kit for relatively cheap. Just google it. If you are afraid of cleaning it yourself though, then I would just bring it to a camera repair shop.
