Lately I've lost a shit load of items, which I blame on the effects of marijuana on my brain. So far I left my cell phone, cd player, and friends $120 helmet in colorado when I live in Michigan. So that was radical of me. NOW I used my dads credit card to fill up my gas tank and somehow lost it. My dad got a call today saying someone is trying to charge a bunch of stuff on it(computer, other shit). I feel sorta bad and am wondering if you get money back for shit like this?

well, hopefully the credit card company won't hold you (your dad) liable for the charges.

you could always just try to explain to them that you've been smoking too much pot lately and your memory is a little slower than normal.

Depends on your credit card company for how good they will be to you. I tried to buy a digi cam on ebay and I paid with Paypal. By the time that I realized I wasn't getting it after sending many emails and not getting any response, it was too late to claim anything on Paypal or ebay so I called American Express and they credited it right away. Sometimes they will credit you for up to a certain amount, but you should be good I wouldn't worry about it too much, it's just a hassle.

my dad and mom have both had their creditcard numnbers stolen many times befor. they never had to pay for the charges made to it... although alot of it was internet porn and alcohol. I wouldnt worry too much.
