Recently got my hands on the Freefly Movi - $15,000 unit that also attaches to the Octocopter thats about $5k, has 8 propellors and can hold 12lbs..It's fucking beast!
It's a three man job to operate, 1 for follow focus, 1 to hold and run when not on copter, and 1 to control pitch and angle of camera while on the gimbal. Me and 2 buddies work with adobe so we got it all for free for a shoot we did for them. Since no one has these and they're on backorder we can suposedly start charging $2k a day for larger projects once we snag the FPV monitors so we see what the camera sees to make this thing completely functional.
Drones are the future. We've done so much work with them the glidecams are almost pointless except for the aspect of skiing now.
