Or just don't be an idiot. Not smoking shitty dry half dust weed. Not torching the whole bowl at once. Only lighting what you're hitting. Not pulling to hard if it is a little dry so that you don't torch the whole bowl. Cap the bowl as soon as you stop inhaling. Ghost the hit. Then blow it through a spoof. Also not some shitty spoof. Putting one or two dryer sheets on the end of a paper towel roll shows that you're lazy and really lacking on any solid thought or creativity. Fill the middle with dryer sheets and tissues, put a decent amount over the end. Make sure you can still blow air through If it's too tight take a few out.
Your room will never smell like weed, you won't get in trouble with your "dick RA's", and you won't have to post some shitty thread about how mean your school is and you getting busted for smoking.
Even if your RA's are cool smoking blunts or just blowing full hits of weed out all over your room the second after you inhale them is fucking stupid. The goal is not to have the whole hallways smell like weed unless your school just doesn't give a fuck. Even then it's not at all necessary.

I lived in dorms during '11-'12
no fan no spoof just towel the door.
i would pack personal, snap the bong hold it, walk to window and blow smoke outside.
i never ran into problems until i had a roommate try to get hit in traffic and the school actually unlocked and walked into our dorm while i was sleeping and i had left my dub perc out.
Now my only concern off campus is preventing my chillen at home all day neighbors from getting in on every bong pack or allowing them to know i have weed to jump me over.
